Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General Information
OlioClassico supplies specialty fuels, oils, and automotive products to enthusiasts across Australia. Due to the hazardous nature of many of our products, special shipping and handling rules apply.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently deliver within Australia only.

  • Some remote or regional areas may have restrictions or longer delivery times due to Dangerous Goods transport limitations.

  • We do not deliver to international addresses or P.O. Boxes.

3. Shipping Methods

  • All hazardous products (including fuels, solvents, and oils) are shipped via licensed Dangerous Goods carriers in compliance with Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code requirements.

  • Non-hazardous products may be shipped via standard courier or postal services.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

4. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days once payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier availability.

  • As a guide:

    • Metro areas: 3–7 business days.

    • Regional areas: 5–12 business days.

    • Remote areas: Longer delivery times may apply.

  • These are estimates only. OlioClassico is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, extreme weather, regulatory inspections).

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product type, order volume, and delivery location.

  • Hazardous goods may incur higher freight costs due to DG compliance surcharges.

7. Risk of Loss or Damage

  • Title to goods passes to you once full payment is received.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery to your nominated address. Please ensure someone is available to accept and safely store the delivery.

8. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed (e.g. no one available, unsafe delivery location), the carrier may return the goods to the depot.

  • Redelivery fees may apply. Hazardous products cannot be left unattended or “safe dropped”.

9. Restrictions

  • We cannot ship hazardous goods by air. All DG shipments are by road transport only.

  • Some products may be subject to purchase or transport quantity limits under Dangerous Goods regulations.
